Multilingual female artist from Stuttgart, Germany is set to make an impact on the U.S. entertainment industry with her talents, passion and unapologetic work ethic. International German actress Sara Dastjani is set to star in a new TV sitcom pilot. The pilot and series will be the first American TV work for the German actress.

It is rare for International artists to breakthrough into a major entertainment market like the United States. However Dastjani is not new to a TV series or the entertainment industry. The German actress is also a popular model worldwide having built a successful career working with some of Germany and Europe’s top brands and international photographers. While her beauty may have opened the door to opportunities, a closer look at her career reveals, an artist with tremendous crossover appeal and marketability. She speaks six languages; is a trained dancer who was featured in a number of international music videos, and a successful host of several popular TV shows back in her country.

“With a modeling background Sara has always been aware that she had to prove she is serious about her training as an actress. She has studied in Europe, New York and here in Los Angeles, including Stella Adler and others. She loves showing people what she can do”. – Ernest Harris, Manager

What separates great and successful artists from the rest are the set of characteristics that can only come from within the individual. For Sara, it begins with her mindset; her unwavering desire and belief that she is going to become the best at whatever she sets her mind on. She is very committed to being one of the best actresses in the entertainment industry, and demonstrates her commitment by the amount of time she devotes to training and studying acting at some of the best schools in Los Angeles, New York and Germany. Secondly, she has passion; having been performing as a musician, dancer and actress ever since she was a little girl in her hometown of Stuttgart, Germany. Third, she approaches everything with the open mind to learn and improve, similar to the Japanese kaizen philosophy that will lead her towards mastery of her craft and tremendous success in the U.S. All greats, legends and icons of the industry have shown a fluidity and willingness to expand and evolve as artist.

“You must be shapeless, formless, like water. When you pour water in a cup, it becomes the cup. When you pour water in a bottle, it becomes the bottle. When you pour water in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Water can drip and it can crash. Become like water my friend.” – Bruce Lee

The icon Bruce Lee made a great point when he said “Become Like Water” formless, shapeless and adapting to the opportunities presented. Dastjani certainly has “been like water” over the course of her young career, by her acquisition of six different languages, and an international career encompassing modeling, TV hostess, music, talk radio, and acting. If she continues to stay the course and build on upon the solid foundation of her previous opportunities, she will no doubt become an actress in high demand, a fan favorite of audiences of all demographics, and establish a big platform that can be leveraged into an endless amount of opportunities for her.  It will be exciting to see the evolution of this German actress, her additional mastery of new talents and expanded titles she will add to her impressive resume. Keep an eye on this inimitable international artist.
